I’m mostly afraid that if I outsource the production of the parts, they might think I’m trying to build a working gun and get me into trouble. I came to a conclusion that the models are going to have to be reworked from scratch to have something good enough for 3D printing. The poly count is too small on round parts such as pins and rivets, so parts would literally be unable to move correctly, which defeats the purpose. These models are by no means good for an working 3D printed model. Many of the parts (such as receivers and barrels) have an inside mesh with a plain texture that usually doesn’t translate well and would usually be attached to the part. Were all the parts in the right place or did you need to shift them?Īll the parts will spawn in at their point of origin.It has a duplicate file finder in tools which will delete all files that are similar according to the selected parameters (name, age, content, etc.) Search by content works best as the names are rather randomised. I recommend using CCleaner to delete the redundant files. I used the default settings on the first try and it worked.
